We have two types of Support Contract; monthly or yearly. These are explained below.

Monthly

For a fixed monthly charge, we will provide the following:

  • All Microsoft updates applied when available.
  • Anti-Virus and disk space checking every week.
  • A set number of hours work per month either remotely or on-site.
  • Telephone Support
  • Help Desk support via the web.

Ad-Hoc Support

As an alternative to a contract, we can supply ad-hoc support, just when you require.

We charge £40 per hour, in half-hour increments.
